Ooh... we got to buck up...

The kid came in with not breathing and his heart was not beating. We all looked on in trepidation... not knowing what to do. By right we were all certified Basic Cardiac Life Support trained... which means that we were supposed to give a glimmer of hope to those who kena something that threatens their life.

That was in theory.

It reality, we were BLUR Poks... Can't remember what drugs to give or what dose to give. One of us started squeezing the reservoir bag instead of the ambu bag... and the size of the mask was wrong for the child in the first place. Nothing went right... and the kido desaturated...

Oh no, he din die lar... he simply wasn't alive in the first place. He was jus a doll. That was jus practice. We were just hopeless. Got to work harder. Now got excuse... can say we are mugging hard for psychomed so that we can diagnose psychotic conditions from a mile off. Nex time when we graduate we wun have such luxury, and the patient wun be a plastic baby...
